Six light chandelier with 4-1/4" and 2-1/4" shade holders

This turn of the century chandelier is considered a combination fixture that mixed gas and electric lighting. Now electric, this six light fixture has a neo-classical palmette motif, elaborate scrolls with a reeded stem. The palmette motif extends to the set of matching vintage shades. A beautiful fixture with open work keys, foliate terminations and original fluted canopy date this to the 1890s to 1900.
